Tired of seeing the same gross brands show up on your Google Shopping results pages? Especially when you’re looking for something new and unique, not something tacky that pays the most money for ads?

Here’s how to block any company, brand, or designer from appearing in your Google Shopping search results.

1. Download the uBlock Origin Google Chrome extension
2. Open the extension’s Settings Dashboard
3. Go to the My Filters page
4. Paste this code
5. Add or remove the brand keywords that you want to block from Google Shopping results

Step 1: Download the uBlock Origin Google Chrome extension

This only works on the Google Chrome browser. Once you’ve opened Chrome, click here and install the uBlock Origin extension.

Step 2: Open the extension’s Settings Dashboard

Open the extension and click the Gears icon in the bottom right to access the Settings Dashboard.

Step 3: Go to the My Filters page

In the top header menu, click on My Filters to customize your Google search results.

Step 4: Paste this code

Here’s what you should paste onto the My Filters page:

Don’t forget to press Apply Changes to save the changes made to the uBlock Origin extension.

Step 5: Add or remove the brand keywords that you want to block from Google Shopping results

In the first row, you can customize the brand names and keywords you want to block from Google Shopping results (where Walmart|Amazon|AliExpress|Wish|Shein|Temu|Forever 21|PrettyLittleThing|Lulu|Zara|ASOS|LightInTheBox are).

Follow the pattern and add or remove |pipe| symbols in between the keywords you want to block. Do not remove any of the other code.

Click Apply Changes to save.

The Results of Blocking Fast Fashion Companies on Google

As you can see, these are mostly big box brands that haven’t been blocked. If you don’t want to see them in the Google search results, you can add their company names to the filters by following Step 5 again.
