 This flirty skirt is made from two preloved skirts and a pair donated of jeans. This skirt fits a size 4-8 and is a staple for any closet. The closure attaches at the side with three buttons. The thigh high fringe split leaves little to the imagination and a kangaroo pocket in the front is perfect place to stash a cell phone or other little treasures.
