Upcycled Clothing

Shop upcycled clothing from independent designers, every piece one of one. Everything on RE.STATEMENT is new clothing made from something that already existed: thrifted garments, deadstock fabric, quilts, blankets and donated textiles.

Upcycled clothing is different from secondhand. A vintage store resells a garment as it was. Upcycling takes that garment, or the fabric inside it, and turns it into a new design. Some pieces are reworked clothing, where an existing jacket, tee or pair of jeans gets cut, patched and rebuilt. Others are repurposed clothing, made from material that was never meant to be worn.
