The shimmer and flow skirt is a one-of-a-kind of design with a gold elastic waistband. This skirt was made out of a NWT (no longer attached) donated dress. Elastic waist band is made out of fabric remnants from a previous project.
This design has been seen on the runway of New York Fashion Week, Syracuse Fashion Week and The Cutting Room Top Designer fashion show where it with many other designs helped secure first place.
