The shimmer and flow skirt is a one-of-a-kind of design with a gold elastic waistband. This skirt was made out of a NWT (no longer attached) donated dress. Elastic waist band is made out of fabric remnants from a previous project.
This design has been seen on the runway of New York Fashion Week, Syracuse Fashion Week and The Cutting Room Top Designer fashion show where it with many other designs helped secure first place.
This fun flirty skirt sways with every step you take. This is the perfect skirt for a formal event it’s also comfortable enough to wear to work, slip on some ballet flats and a cute tank and your ready for an afternoon lunch date
