Knee-length floral skirt featuring a hand-painted fox. The fox is painted along the side, with one half on the front of the skirt and the other half on the back. The background pattern is of small, daisy-like flowers in shades of lavender and brown against black. Material is nice and lightweight, perfect on its own in warmer weather or paired with cute layers in colder months.
This piece was featured on the runway of Rhode Island Fashion Week! All my designs are painted freehand onto secondhand clothing items to promote sustainable fashion, and each piece is one-of-a-kind. The paint is durable and formulated specifically to set into fabric. It is waterproof and holds up to lots of wear. This piece can be dry cleaned, machine washed, machine dried, and ironed.
Labeled as a J. Crew size 6, but it is vintage and the sizing is really a modern 0-2.
