Silky, ivory-white scarf hand-painted with silvery-grey birch tree trunks. Simple design creates an elegant, minimalist look. Can be worn as a scarf or in many other ways: as a wrap, as a belt, around the hair, or even as a faux blouse under a blazer. Versatile enough for casual or formal wear.
The painted side of the fabric catches the light nicely with a soft shine. The other side is matte and unpainted, so it may be worn in reverse for a different look (see last picture).
This piece was painted freehand using machine-washable fabric paint on secondhand fabric. Due to the type of fabric, recommended care is dry cleaning or hand washing as needed, and ironing on a low setting.
