Shipping Policy
Some items on my site are already made and will be shipped out 2-3 days after purchase. Any items made to order can take 3-4 weeks to create. Custom orders depend on the complexity and can take anywhere from 1-2 months. Shipping will take 3-5 days after initial handling time.
Refund Policy
Because my items are made to order, returns are considered case by case. Custom orders are non-refundable because they cannot be resold. Any non-custom items can be refunded if undamaged and unworn and sent back in the original packaging. Please reach out if you have any questions about refunds.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
If you wish to cancel an order, please reach out as soon as possible. Since items are made to order, if I already started on the piece then it is too late and cannot be canceled.
No exchanges are accepted.
