The Process:

  • Hand filing all 135 pull tabs to remove burrs
  • Hand cutting 135 2 1/2" strips from a discarded black tee
  • Machine sewing all of the metal tabs onto a preloved black denim moto vest.

The back has row upon row of metal pull tab accents. The front panel is stitched in a diamond crisscross pattern, a fold over neck line, heavy duty zipper front and decorative zipper accents.
