All my designs are painted freehand with fabric paint and a paintbrush. I paint onto secondhand clothing items to promote sustainable fashion, and each piece is one-of-a-kind. The paint is durable and formulated specifically to set into fabric. It is water and wear proof. Please refer to the original clothing label for care, as the paint itself is machine washable and dry-cleanable. If no clothing label is present, use your best judgement based on your knowledge of the material/fabric.
No need to decide if you want to be cozy or glamorous…this scarf is both! This upcycled piece is hand-painted with a scene from deep space. Vibrant jewel tones and pearlescent finishes really pop and glimmer against the black background. Painting covers the entire scarf, so you get to show off beautiful parts no matter how you choose to wear it. The knitted material is perfect for cooler weather without being super heavy, and the scarf is large enough to wrap around yourself like a stylish hug. The fringe on both ends is a nice finishing detail. Like all my pieces, this is the only one of its kind!
