Just so different and a fun statement piece.  These were a great find and are new, then I added a number of element to them.  They are size 1, 2xtra small, but my model wear a 4-6.  Draw string waist, fringed at the bottom Hand stamper blue flowers on the back and front, wide blue lace fabric added and tapestry pieces that glitter with detail, gold painted accents!

Oh, and I almost forgot!  pockets! 2 front and one on the back side

OMG, so many wear over your bathing suit. Put on a white tank or short sleeved top, I would prefer the white short sleeved top. Add a fun necklace piece with a variety of blue stones. white sneakers would hammer this outfit.
