Mermaid theme with pearl and rhinestone embellishments, two brooches and earrings that match!

This item started out as white denim. Liquid blue dye was hand painted onto the damp garment to create a water ripple effect. 
Embellishments are sewed on or prong set by hand. The mermaid and shoulder appliqués were hand sewn. 
The only things glued on were the scale textured stones and e6000 was used to secure. 
Hand wash or machine wash gentle cycle in cold water separately. Tumble dry low, remove while still damp and hang to dry. Some color may bleed.
