Bumblebee sweatshirt
This adorable yellow hoodie with henley-type styling had a stain just above the kangaroo pocket, but it’s now been given a new life with this vintage quilt piece found in one of my local antique shops, strategically placed over the stain and across the kangaroo pocket, and a bumblebee print (because, of course — it just goes so well with the yellow!).
The quilt piece was sewed on partially using a machine but then partially by hand as using the machine just wasn’t quite feasible. A slight issue with puckering occurred as a result, so I’ve discounted the price of this piece from what I normally sell similar pieces for. Please see pictures. (The fabric of the hoodie, which is on the thinner side, wouldn’t withstand further tampering, which is why I left the pucker as-is.)
Ink is wash safe, but to protect your garment and give it a long life, cold water washing on gentle and hang drying or drying flat is recommended.
Labeled a size XL.
