Sugar Und Salt Designs

After staining a favorite shirt I learned to rejuvenate clothing using bleach, paint, markers and dyes. I became aware of the good karma that comes from rescuing clothing and making them into one-of-a-kind wearable artworks vs. filling landfills. I founded Sugar Und Salt Designs to further those goals. I earned my MFA from San Jose State U and have worked as a Curator, Art Critic and Art Handler as well as an artist is many mediums. I love turning discards into unique designs that consumers take pleasure in wearing.
