Shipping Policy
Most items are made-to-order unless stated otherwise. Depending on the item, it can take 3-10 business days before your item is shipped out. Once shipped, you will receive shipment confirmation along with a tracking number.
Refund Policy
Once item is shipped, no refund will be granted, however the return and exchange policy will still be applicable.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Items must be cancelled before shipment in order to receive a full refund. If you wish to return and exchange an item please send a detailed message explaining the issue along with any photos to help iterate.
