Once an order is completed it will be sent within 48 hours.
Refund Policy
At this time, we will not be issuing any refunds. We will be happy to exchange for an item of equal or lesser value. The original item must be returned in its original package with shipping label. All returned items will be inspected prior to issuing an exchange. There will also be a $5 restocking/processing fee for all returns.
