Shipping Policy
I am a solopreneur doing my best to ship in a timely manner - but I am one person, not a megacorp with a huge warehouse and team of shipping staff. If you truly need something in a hurry, please contact liz@ambletown.com when you place your order and I'll try to make it work!
- Currently I ship only to the United States, typically via USPS.
- Allow 3-5 days for order fulfilment and up to one week for shipping. Items shipped via USPS will typically arrive 1-2 weeks after you place your order.
- Free shipping with any order over $25.
- Orders under $25 are shipped for a flat rate $2.99.
- Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refund Policy
We aim to offer a sensible refund policy which balances environmental responsibility with the viability of this small business. After all, a product that goes unworn and unloved is needlessly wasteful.
- To be eligible for a refund, you must return the item purchased unused, unworn, and undamaged with original tags still attached.
- To request a return/refund, simply email liz@ambletown.com within 14 days of receiving your item.
- We will email you a printable return label, simply return the item in its original (or similar) packaging with the new label.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and platform fees. Once the item is received, we will refund you for your purchase, less the cost of platform fees and return shipping, within five business days.
