Do you have a pile of old or unwanted clothing taking up space in your closet? Don’t throw them away just yet. The RE.STATEMENT Upcycling Contest offers a fantastic opportunity to repurpose these materials into stunning new clothing creations while promoting sustainability.

Participate in the contest by upcycling unwanted clothing or materials and entering your clothing creations on social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok using the hashtag #upcyclingexcites and tagging @re.statement.

Step 1: Gather Your Materials

To start your upcycling journey, gather the old or unwanted clothing items you wish to transform. Look for pieces made of fabrics that inspire you, such as jeans, shirts, dresses, or sweaters. Don’t be afraid to mix and match different materials to create unique textures and designs. Remember, the more diverse your collection, the more creative possibilities you’ll have for your upcycled creations.

Step 2: Brainstorm and Plan

Once you have your materials, let your creativity soar by brainstorming and sketching your ideas.
